Quordle Rescue – four random openers already played

In Quordle Rescue somebody has already made the first four guesses for you – at random. Study the colours they left behind and rescue the game with the 5 guesses that remain.

Rules of Quordle Rescue

The four starting words appear on the boards as soon as the game loads. After that you play normally: nine rows in total, five of them yours. The starting words change every day and are never one of the answers.

Tip for Quordle Rescue

Before typing anything, go through the keyboard: grey quarters already rule out many letters. Your first own guess should combine the yellow letters of the two least solved boards.

Can a starting word be an answer?
No. The openers are always chosen from other words, so no board is solved before you begin.
Is Rescue easier or harder than the classic game?
Usually a little harder: you get a lot of information for free, but you cannot choose your openers and only five guesses are left.
Does Rescue have a daily puzzle?
Yes. The daily Rescue gives everyone the same answers and the same four starting words.
